Communicate with USDA officials and Plant Management on technical issues and complete necessary inspection documentation Additional duties as assigned Knowledge: Ability to read and understand written instructions Good Communication Basic Mathematical Skills Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for prolonged period of time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Education and Experience 2 years experience in related field preferred (e.g., USDA inspector, quality assurance technician, process control monitor, inspector helper, veterinary technician) Bachelor degree in poultry/animal science, biology or chemistry preferred High School diploma or equivalent preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Butterball, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to the fair and impartial treatment of all employees and applicants for employment without regard to gender, age, race, religion, color, national origin, physical or mental disability, military/veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, genetic information, marital status, parental status, pregnancy, or any other status protected by law.
