Job Description:
Wilson Medical CenterJob Summary:Maintainsaccurate documentation
and processes all assigned patient accounts withaccompanying claims
and correspondence; follows claims processes throughinsurance
payments, adjustments and payment alternatives. Calls insurance
companies to get claimspaid. Work is of a confidential nature.

Requirements:RequiredEducation: High school diploma or equivalent -
RequiredAssociate's degree - Preferred Required Skills:
Workingknowledge of Medical Insurance with 2-4 years' experience in
healthcareinsurance billing and/or healthcare collections required.
Medical terminology and college-level course work inaccounting,
business, public or healthcare administration, or appliedpsychology
preferred.Excellent communication skills. Internal and External
Customer Focus. Coachable.RequiredLicense/Certifications: None
