in Raleigh, NC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to
join our dynamic team and help lead the successful execution of
commercial construction projects throughout the Triangle and
surrounding areas. About Us We are a well-respected and

various sectors, including office, retail, healthcare, light

What You’ll Do As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for
the overall planning, coordination, and execution of assigned
construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Key
Responsibilities: Manage all phases of the construction project
lifecycle Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost
controls Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and
subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution Prepare and
manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project
documentation Lead project meetings and provide regular progress
updates to stakeholders Ensure project compliance with safety
standards, quality expectations, and contract requirements
Collaborate closely with field superintendents to ensure alignment
on schedule and construction activities What We’re Looking For 5
years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Experience managing projects in the $2M–$50M range Strong knowledge
of construction methods, building codes, and scheduling software
Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore,
Bluebeam, Microsoft Project , or similar Excellent communication,
leadership, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in
Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
