Roers Companies, a leader in developing multifamily residential projects, seeks an experienced Construction Assistant Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting the construction management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality and sustainable living spaces. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing project execution, ensuring that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule and meet all industry standards. Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day field operations of construction projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, adhering to high standards of quality and safety. Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans, producing schedules and monitoring attendance of crew. Assist in the management of on-site equipment and materials inventory and order new supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal health and safety regulations. Implement various quality control measures and monitor the construction processes to ensure alignment with project specifications. Facilitate communications between various project stakeholders including architects, engineers, construction workers, and project management team. Proven knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Competence in conflict and crisis management. Good physical condition and stamina.
