Job Description Job Description Description: Kenly 95 Petro Travel Center | Full-Time | Evening Shift Kenly 95 Petro TA Service Center is hiring a Diesel Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our fast-paced, high-volume shop. This role is perfect for customer-focused professionals who enjoy problem-solving, coordinating repairs, and delivering excellent service to truck drivers, fleet operators, and commercial vehicle customers. As a Service Advisor, you are the key link between our customers and diesel technicians, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and a smooth service experience from start to finish. Requirements: Responsibilities Greet and assist customers professionally, assessing their service needs Accurately document repair orders and service requests Communicate with technicians to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and schedules Provide clear, timely updates to customers on repair status, timelines, and costs Recommend additional services based on vehicle condition and customer needs Maintain detailed service records and ensure accurate documentation in management systems Support shop workflow to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction Deliver consistent, high-quality service that builds trust and repeat business Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume diesel service environment Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to think quickly and solve problems effectively Comfortable using computers and service management software Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Diesel Service Writer, Automotive Advisor, or Customer Service Representative is a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay and benefits Employee discounts on meals, merchandise, and more Career advancement opportunities within Kenly 95 Petro Supportive, team-oriented work environment Stable, full-time employment with a nationally recognized travel center Why Kenly 95 Petro?
