The basic function of the Crew Chief is to exceed the
expectations of our customers through service delivery. -Key
Responsibilities and duties: -
Maintain a positive professional attitude with customers and fellow

Collect all money due when jobs are completed, unless other
arrangements have been made as noted on the work order. -
Maintain cleanliness and order of assigned service vehicle.
Perform regular maintenance on equipment (includes truck mount as
well as portable equipment).
Prepare truck for use the next day. -
Provide estimates to customers
Confirm email address with customers for the customer satisfaction
Provide the customer with referral/discount offers.
Complete time card daily. -
Perform service as requested in warehouse/office/field.
Attend all scheduled training events. -
Perform all cleaning, service delivery services without
Utilize crew helper when assigned. -
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
A positive professional attitude will be attained when customer and
fellow workers notice.
Timeliness will be achieved when jobs start at the scheduled start
time or the customer is notified of a time change at least 1 hour
prior to scheduled start time. -
A professional image will be attained when proper personal hygiene
is maintained and clean uniforms are worn.
Properly signed paperwork will include authorization signatures,
satisfaction signatures, and contract signatures. (Area rugs and
disaster restoration services will require additional signatures on
forms designed for these services).
Proper receipt of money will occur wen checks, cash, VISA or
MasterCard has been accepted for services rendered. Services
rendered without payment require the Crew Chief to secure terms
with the customer and authorization from the office. -
Cleanliness and orderliness will be accomplished when the exterior
of the services vehicle is clean and the interior is organized and
free of excess clutter and debris. -
Regular maintenance of the vehicles and equipment will require
daily cleaning and scheduled maintenance. Weekly, monthly, and
hourly maintenance will also be required as set forth by specific

moment's notice and arrive ready to service customers on a job
site, without additional prepping. -
Estimates will be properly given with the Crew Chief uses the
prescribed ServiceMaster pricing system and the customer receives a
properly completed estimate with guarantee form attached. -
Daily time cards/time maintenance will have been properly completed
when they are put into the appropriate system by the end of each
service day. -
Extra service in the warehouse/office/field will have been properly
accomplished when the assigned task is completed to the
satisfaction of the assignor. -
Cleaning tasks done alone will have been successfully accomplished
when the Crew Chief maintains the appropriate satisfaction scores
and call backs from the customer. -
