Responsibilities and Duties

• Sets up and operates production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices (GPM) and standard operating procedures.
• Ensures the proper operation of production machines according to prescribed procedures and guidelines for quality and productivity.
• Ensures prescribed procedures and guidelines are followed for deviations to standard machine operation
• Changes, adjusts, and fine-tunes pleating machines depending on production demand.
• Measures and records data associated with operating equipment.

  • Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships - Must be able to develop constructive, respectful, and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time. Must be able to work effectively in a team.
  • Handling and Moving ObjectsUsing hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things.
  • Operation Monitoring - Able to watch gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
  • Reading Comprehension - Understands written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
  • Active ListeningGives full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
  • Oral Comprehension - Needs the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. This includes being able to follow verbal instructions.
  • Oral Expression - Has the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
  • Written Expression - Has the ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand. This involves checking and answering emails, texts, and voice mail messages in a timely manner.
  • Written Comprehension - Needs the ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
  • Near Vision - Has the ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
  • Speech Clarity - Needs the ability to speak clearly so others can understand.
  • Control Precision - Has the ability to adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle quickly and repeatedly to exact positions.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift, up to 50 pounds.

    Electrical and Maintenance EngineerExperience- at least 3 years
