sustainable future. Job Description Lead a high-performing
technical sales and service team while driving customer success in
water treatment solutions. As Area Manager, you'll spearhead
business growth, develop top talent, and ensure exceptional
customer outcomes through strategic leadership and technical
expertise. Core Responsibilities: Drive team excellence in
technical water treatment solutions and customer service Achieve
and exceed revenue targets, profitability goals, and key business
metrics Implement strategic account management through value
generation plans and business reviews Develop and execute growth
strategies to capture new business opportunities Build and mentor
high-performing teams through targeted development plans Foster
strong relationships across internal departments and external
stakeholders. Qualifications 5 years of water treatment industry
experience with proven leadership track record Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field (or equivalent
experience) Demonstrated commercial acumen and track record of
business growth Excellence in communication, leadership, and
relationship building Deep industry knowledge across HPI, CPI,
Power, F&B, and C&I sectors Strong mentorship abilities and
results-driven mindset Exceptional organizational and time
