Job Description Job Description Job Title: TPM Crew Technician Job Description The TPM Crew Technician will perform preventive maintenance on equipment, focusing primarily on simple tasks such as fluid and filter changes, and assisting the Maintenance team. The role involves working a weekend schedule from Friday to Monday, 6AM to 4:30PM. Responsibilities Perform lubrication and filter changes on machines. Conduct key cleaning and basic preventive maintenance repairs on equipment. Assist the Maintenance team with various tasks. Essential Skills Mechanical skills Preventive maintenance experience Proficiency with hand and power tools Mechanical aptitude, such as experience with automotive repair, HVAC, or mechanical assembly Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
