Job Description Job Description Job Title: Manufacturing Associate Job Description The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for the maintenance and setup of multiple CNC machines. This role requires precision in using various measurement tools to ensure product quality and involves conducting tool changes multiple times per shift. Responsibilities Maintain and set up multiple CNC machines. Ensure quality using mics, calipers, and gauges. Conduct tool changes on machines multiple times per shift. Essential Skills Proficiency in quality inspection. Experience using calipers and micrometers. Ability to set up machines effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications Mechanical aptitude is required. Must be willing to work a significant amount of overtime and every day of the week. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a climate-controlled automotive manufacturing setting. Openings available on A Shift (6am-6:30pm) and B Shift (6pm-6:30am), offering flexibility in work hours. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Durham, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
