Archetype Permanent Solutions is searching on behalf of a Regional Medical Center based in Wilson, NC. Our esteemed Client is looking for an EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR.Job Summary:Seeking a Director, Emergency Services. The Director manages the overall operations of the Emergency Department. This position directs the staff and programs of the ED, develops and introduces approved standards and guidelines for services, ensures the quality of care for patients, the activities of the clinical unit and assigned staff, collaborates with the Manager/Director on issues, supervises, directs, coaches, and mentors staff while ensuring the quality of care. -Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Three years of Emergency Department Leadership
• Currently licensed in North Carolina or a compact state
• Current/active NC RN License or compact RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• TNCC required within 12 months of hire
• Minimum of 5 year's experience in ED setting required
• Minimum of 3 year's management experience in ED requiredBenefits:
