Position Description:

Supports Financial Operations Reconciliation applications by developing

solutions using various programming languages, development tools, and

application packages in multiple platforms, including Oracle,

Intellimatch, Informatica, Business Objects and Java. Performs business

intelligence development, data modeling, and data analysis.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going

development efforts.

• Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in

multiple platforms.

• Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several

divisional initiatives.

• Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to

implementation.

• Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance

testing.

• Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications

supporting several corporate initiatives.

• Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.

• Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope.

• Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a

project.

• Performs independent and complex technical and functional

analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science,

Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics,

Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in

the job offered or three (3) years of experience developing and

supporting web and desktop applications using Business Objects,

Informatica, and IntelliMatch within Oracle and Sybase applications.

Or, alternatively, a Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent)

in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information

Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1)

year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience

developing and supporting web and desktop applications using Business

Objects, Informatica, and IntelliMatch within Oracle and Sybase

applications.

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

• Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) performing Business Objects Admin

functions, including configuring application servers, users, web

servers, and Business Intelligence Launchpad; developing Business

Objects reports, including creating new reports and, ad hoc reports; and

scheduling the daily/weekly/monthly reports, using Web Intelligence,

Universe, and freehand SQL.

• DE developing mappings, reusable mappings, and workflows using

Informatica 9.x and Informatica 10.x; developing new mappings using

transformations, including Expression, Source Qualifier, Lookup,

Sequence Generator, and Update Strategy; developing workflows using

command, email, control and decision tasks; creating new database

connections in Informatica; and creating parameter files and session

variables.

• DE supporting IntelliMatch applications, including scheduling

and monitoring IntelliMatch jobs and resolving issues related to ISUITE;

creating and scheduling jobs using Admin Console; developing recons from

scratch using Recollector, IntelliMatch, and Admin Console; and

performing unit testing with test cases for the developed code.

• DE performing automation and enterprise level platform

automation, using IBM Build Forge, uDeploy, or Stash; and automating

administration functions using Shell, Python, and wsadmin.
