Job Description:
The Nurse Supervisor will assist Behavioral Health Unit Director
in ensuring the BHUs provide quality care and meets all internal
and external staffing requirements. The primary functions of the
Nurse Supervisor are to monitor BHU nursing functions to ensure
adherence to procedures and regulatory requirements. Minimum
Education Required Education: X Associates degree Preferred X
Required Bachelors degree X Preferred Required Master''s degree X
Preferred Required Other: Minimum 3 years in experience providing
care in mental health and/or substance abuse. Supervisory
experience required.Required Skills Required Skills: 1. Data Entry
using Electronic Medical Record2. Team player 3. Ability to handle
a high stress environment 4. Ability to communicate and react
effectively to the unique needs of the patients on the behavioral
