Variable shifts available: Call us to discuss Choose to be hired
for one of two schedules Days/evenings------ 7 days on 7 days off 3
rd shift. Position Summary : Coordinates and provides for the
pharmaceutical care of patients through dispensing, distribution,
and clinical pharmacy services. - Reviews, interprets, and verifies
physician orders. - Evaluate the appropriateness of drug selection.
- Evaluate f or order completeness. - Performs pharmacokinetic
dosing - Identifies, prevents, and resolves potential or actual
drug-related problems. - Review medication orders for the
fulfillment of medication-related quality measures and antibiotic
stewardship guidelines - Works as part of an interdisciplinary team
to manage drug therapy - Provides patient, clinical staff, and
physician education. - Documents all clinical interventions. -
Technician supervision - Verifies accuracy of technician
medication-related filling tasks. - Maintains adequate knowledge of
equipment, automation systems, and computer software.
Qualifications - External Minimum Education BS Pharm degree
Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive
judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. . Must
be able to multitask while maintaining focus in a demanding
