As a Med-Surg Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' health status, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
• Document patient information and communicate with the healthcare teamRequirements
  • Active RN License
  • Degree from accredited nursing program
  • BLS Certifications
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg settingBenefits
