Job Description:

Registered Nurse coordinates patient care, provides education, and advocates for patients, working collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care.
Minimum Requirements:

Associate's degree required

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and respond to patient and family needs
- Think critically and make informed decisions
- Work effectively under pressure while maintaining a customer-focused approach
  
  Required Licenses and Certifications:
  - Registered Nurse (RN)
  - Current/active North Carolina or compact NC RN license
  - BLS certification (obtained within first week of hire)
  - ACLS certification (within 3 months of hire)
