Job SummaryWilson Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to coordinate total nursing care for patients in our Telemetry Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will participate in patient and family teaching, act as a patient advocate, and work collaboratively with ancillary and non-nursing departments to provide exceptional patient care.Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients in the Telemetry Unit
• Participate in patient and family teaching to promote health and wellness
• Act as a patient advocate to ensure patient-centered care
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as neededRequirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing required
  • Current/active North Carolina or compact NC RN license
  • BLS certification required, or obtained within first week of hire
