Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Wilson Medical Center. As a Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and acting as a patient advocate.Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients, including developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Participate in patient and family teaching, ensuring patients and their families understand their care and treatment options
• Act as a patient advocate, promoting patient-centered care and addressing patient concerns
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughlyRequirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing required
  • Current/active North Carolina or compact NC RN license
