Job Description:

Hours Per Week*Duration: *8 Weeks of Contract*Responsibilities **
Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough health assessments to identify
patient needs.* Monitor and record vital signs.* Assess the
physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of patients.* Care
Planning: Develop individualized care plans based on patient
assessments.* Collaborate with the healthcare team to determine
appropriate interventions.* Patient Care: Administer medications
and treatments as prescribed.* Perform various medical procedures
and interventions.* Provide patient education on health conditions,
medications, and self-care.* Documentation: Maintain accurate and
up-to-date patient records.* Document nursing interventions and
patient responses.* Collaboration: Communicate effectively with
physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members.*
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient
care.* Advocacy: Advocate for patients and their families to ensure
their needs are met.* Participate in patient and family education.*
Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement
initiatives.* Follow evidence-based practices to enhance patient
outcomes.* Compliance: Adhere to healthcare policies, procedures,
and regulatory requirements.* Ensure compliance with infection
control protocols.*Requirements ** RN NC State License* BLS
