As a Security Guard - Unarmed Healthcare in Morrisville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more . As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for all. Your presence and routine patrols contribute to a sense of order, while your strong communication and customer service skills support positive interactions with staff, patients, and visitors. Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the location to the appropriate personnel.Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.Support emergency response activities and assist with evacuations or other procedures as directed by site management.Minimum Requirements:
Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.Perks and Benefits:
