Growing together. /n /n As a Testing Psychologist, you will work with a wide variety of clients serving the needs of our diverse patient population. You will quickly build rapport with patients and coordinate care with internal and external providers by forming excellent provider-patient alliances. The Testing Psychologist position is in an outpatient clinical setting where you will interact directly with patients. /n /n Primary Responsibilities: /n /n - Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results /n - Complete clinical documentation according to policy /n /n /n You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: /n /n - Active and unrestricted (PhD, PsyD) license in the state of North Carolina /n - 1 years of experience performing testing on children, adolescents and adults /n - Currently eligible to be enrolled in the Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior to starting a new position /n - Able to commute to the location in-person /n /n /n Preferred Qualifications: /n /n - Experience with health psychology /n - Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) /n - Knowledge and experience in providing neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-based interventions /n - Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations /n - Comfortable completing diagnostic assessments, general psychiatric testing, and providing direct therapy in an outpatient clinical setting /n /n /n The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
