Surg for a travel nursing job in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: 01/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week -
Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN -
Med Surg Job Details: • Provide competent clinical nursing care
consistent with professional standards in a hospital setting •
Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process •
One year of nursing experience required • Local rate position at
$75 • Assess readiness to learn of patients, families, and
caregivers • Perform bedside point of care testing as required for
patient care plans • Demonstrate competence in care of patients
with complex problems including physical, psychosocial, educational
and safety aspects • Organize and prioritize care according to
patient and family needs • Participate in interdisciplinary team
discussions for patient care evaluation • Collaborate with patients
and families to prepare or update plans of care • Identify and
address cultural and ethnic issues in planning patient care •
Participate in education programs based on identified learning
needs • Required certifications: North Carolina RN license and
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification (AHA
or ARC) • Required education: Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN from
accredited school of nursing • Preferred education: BSN or MSN from
