ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med
Surg for a travel nursing job in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week -
Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN -
Med Surg Job Details: • Provide competent clinical nursing care
consistent with professional standards • Coordinate and deliver
patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting •
One year of nursing experience required • Nursing Diploma, ADN, or
ASN from an accredited school of Nursing required • BSN or MSN from
an accredited school of Nursing preferred • Licensed to practice as
a Registered Nurse in North Carolina required • Basic Life Support
(BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification (AHA or ARC) required •
Highly preferred charge nurse experience or willingness to orient
to charge nurse role • Perform patient assessments including
physical, psychosocial, educational and safety needs • Demonstrate
competence in care of patients with complex problems • Perform
bedside point of care testing as required for patient care plans •
Collaborate with patient/family to prepare and update care plans •
Participate in interdisciplinary team discussions for patient care
evaluation • Assess and anticipate discharge needs of individual
patients and families • Organize and prioritize care according to
patient/family needs • Participate in professional development and
education programs • Promote cost-effective care and maintain safe
