comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency room
setting. Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions promptly
and accurately. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed. Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team members
to develop and implement patient care plans. Respond efficiently to
emergencies and assist with trauma and resuscitation efforts.
Educate and support patients and families regarding treatment and
care plans. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures,
and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license. Previous experience in emergency nursing or a
similar acute care environment. Strong clinical assessment skills
and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Excellent
communication and teamwork skills. Ability to handle high-stress
situations calmly and professionally. Basic Life Support (BLS) and
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
