Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified Rehab RN in Apex, North Carolina, 27502! Job Title:

with adult and geriatric populations Description: We are committed
to providing high-quality, comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation
services for patients and families. Our state-of-the-art acute
rehabilitation facility offers personalized treatment for
individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. We focus
on creating a comfortable and supportive care journey for each
patient. Our programs offer customized rehabilitation tailored to
the specific needs of those recovering from strokes, brain
injuries, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries,
amputations, or orthopedic injuries. The facility has 52 beds with
a patient ratio of 6:1. We utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts,
DinaMap, and Nova biomedical glucometers. Electronic health records
are managed using a computerized system. The patient population
includes adults and geriatrics in rehab. The ideal candidate should
be flexible and dependable. Preferred experience includes inpatient
rehab, skilled long-term care, or hospital settings. Common
diagnoses treated include stroke, neurological disorders, cardiac
conditions, debility, and orthopedic issues. Please ensure scrubs
are royal blue, both tops and bottoms. Time to report is 6:45 AM.
