Travel Medsurg/Tele Nurse: Provide high-quality nursing care in a
fast-paced MedSurg/Telemetry setting Monitor and interpret cardiac
rhythms and vital signs, responding to abnormalities as needed
Administer medications and follow treatment plans as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and
support staff Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in line
with facility policies Educate patients and families on ongoing
care and discharge instructions Respond to emergencies in a calm,
efficient manner Promote a supportive and compassionate environment
for patients Requirements of the Travel Medsurg/Tele Nurse: Active
North Carolina registered nurse license or compact state
eligibility Current BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certifications Minimum of 2
