Pediatric Hospitalist opening: New Bern Coastal North Carolina
About the Job Full-time Permanent 7 days on 7 days off with 24
hour/day call when working When working, must be within 30 minutes
of hospital Primary responsibility is for Newborn Nursery with
approximately 1000 deliveries annually. Diagnose, treat, and manage
diseases and conditions that affect the general well-being of
neonates and pediatric patients. Duties include stabilization of
neonates requiring NICU level care until appropriate transfer can
be made. Minimum Requirements Possession and maintenance of a
Physician's License from the State of North Carolina and
certifications from the DEA Must be a member in good standing of
the Medical Staff of the hospital Education: Medical degree from an
accredited School of Medicine, Residency from accredited Pediatric
Program US BC/BE About the Health System Health System is dedicated
