We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high-quality care in fast-paced urgent care settings. This is your chance to make a real difference, working independently to treat adult and pediatric patients while enhancing your clinical expertise. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat all patients as the sole provider in the center Perform minor procedures including I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigations, and more Manage both adult and pediatric patients aged 6 months and up Document all visits using Epic EMR system with provided training Ensure compliance with board certification, BLS, and licensure standards Collaborate effectively with support staff and offsite supervising physicians Required Skills: Minimum 12 months of urgent care or related clinical experience Board certification (BC, NCCPA, or NP Boards) Proficiency with Epic EMR software Ability to see and treat patients independently Excellent soft skills and patient communication abilities BLS certification Nice to Have Skills: Experience with minor procedures Comfort working in a fast-paced urgent care environment Ability to coordinate with support staff and supervising physicians effectively Preferred Education and Experience: Active board certification in family medicine or related fields Prior experience in pediatric and adult urgent care settings No consideration for new graduates; minimum 12 months of relevant experience is required Other Requirements: Valid licensure and certification in applicable states Ability to work at multiple sites within a 65-mile radius Ability to participate in clinical onboarding, EMR training, and ongoing shifts No travel reimbursements, only mileage coverage Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 Competitive pay packages with weekly direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success Take the next step in your urgent care career by applying now!
