Required Skills: - Valid medical license in good standing. - Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology. - Strong clinical skills in women’s health, prenatal care, and gynecological procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting. - Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Nice to Have Skills: - Experience with minimally invasive gynecological surgeries. - Knowledge of current OB/GYN clinical guidelines and best practices. - Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations. - Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting. Preferred Education and Experience: - Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. - At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology. - Active certification in BLS and ACLS. Other Requirements: - Flexibility to work a 7 on, 7 off schedule, adaptable based on site needs. - Ability to obtain and maintain relevant state licensure and certifications. - Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development. - Commitment to adhering to all applicable healthcare laws and facility policies.
