2 - 11 What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
Provide high-quality ABA services for children ages 2–11 across
in-home and community settings Manage a full-time caseload with a
minimum 22 billable-hour requirement Develop individualized
treatment plans rooted in the company’s philosophy:
client-inspired, parent-guided, clinically informed care
Collaborate closely with the Regional Clinical Director for
training, problem solving, and ongoing clinical support Build
strong relationships with families through transparent
communication and whole-person, family-centered care Caseload &
Support Transparency (because details matter): Caseload size: 7-8
average to meet billable hour minimum (may exceed to earn more
through bonus) Billable hour expectations: 22 minimum Compensation
& Perks (real ones): Base salary: $72-76K Bonus structure: ~$25K
