Therapist Location: Sanford, NC Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday
| 40 hours per week Work Setting: Onsite Compensation:
$80,000–$95,000 annually (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: Up to
$10,000 available Position Overview We are seeking a Physical
Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient setting focused on
high-quality, individualized patient care. This role is ideal for
both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are motivated by
clinical excellence, mentorship, and long-term professional growth.
Key Responsibilities Review and assess patient medical histories
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients by observing movement and
listening to patient concerns Develop individualized treatment
plans with clear goals and expected outcomes Implement therapeutic
exercises, stretching, equipment use, and hands-on manual therapy
Manage pain, improve mobility, and prevent further injury Document
patient progress and adjust plans of care as clinically indicated
Qualifications Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
in the state of North Carolina CPR and First Aid certification
