Job Description Job Description Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical Location: Goldsboro, NC Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical-Surgical unit in a hospital setting. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating treatment plans, and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide safe and effective nursing care in accordance with professional standards Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as necessary Administer medications, treatments, and perform clinical procedures Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care Support infection control, safety, and quality improvement initiatives Participate in professional development and training programs Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility in the state of North Carolina Graduate of an accredited Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN program Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Additional Information Shift differentials available for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays Relocation assistance and retention incentives may be available Opportunities for career advancement and continuing education Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
