member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll support
those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing
care to our patients and community members to positively impact our

our 18-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Staffed with Registered
Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), our ICU
operates with a 1:2/3 nurse to patient ratio. Patients treated on
this included vents, continuous BiPAP, vasopressor drips, DKA on
insulin drips, ETOH on CIWA and a mix of intermediate care. This
role provides an opportunity to work in a newly opened unit, very
spacious and bright. Staff Physicians are approachable. Our unit
strives for quality patient care, and you are encouraged to share
your knowledge with others. How you'll contribute A Registered
Nurse (RN), who excels in this role: Uses sound clinical judgment
to individualize each patient's plan of care based on assessment
findings and response to treatment. Delegates tasks appropriately
and oversees the work of licensed and unlicensed care team members.
Supports fellow nursing staff in delivering high?quality care and
may serve as team leader for an assigned patient group or unit.
Monitors the environment of care, ensuring equipment, supplies, and
resources are safe, functional, and properly maintained. Engages in
ongoing professional development by maintaining competencies,
identifying learning needs, and seeking educational opportunities.
Serves as a preceptor and contributes to the growth and development
of new staff and learners. Participates in identifying and
implementing clinical and operational performance improvement
initiatives. Performs additional duties related to the role as
needed. Completes other responsibilities as assigned by the

compassionate nurse with a deep understanding of critical care
principles and advanced patient monitoring. Applicants should hold
a current North Carolina or compact-state RN license and have
completed a nursing program from an accredited institution (BSN,
ADN, or Nursing Diploma). Candidates who do not yet hold a BSN must
be willing to enroll in an approved program within two years of
hire and complete it within five years. Additional requirements
include: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification ACLS certification
for roles in critical care settings At least 3 years of relevant
