Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Goldsboro, NC
Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,146 per week Shift Information:
Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date:
ASAP About the Position Shift Night Shift — 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM 3
days per week (36 hrs/week) Weekends: 4 shifts per 6?week schedule
On?call: 1 shift per pay period Responsibilities Provide competent
bedside nursing care to post?op surgical patients. Perform patient
assessment , identify priorities, and update care plans. Deliver
safe care following nursing standards, policies & procedures .
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of
care . Educate patients and families using appropriate materials.
Manage complex patient needs and escalate when needed. Participate
in unit goals, quality improvement, and collaboration . Maintain a
safe, clean, and secure environment for patients. Requirements ?
Requirements Education Required: Nursing Diploma OR ADN / ASN from
an accredited School of Nursing Preferred: BSN or MSN from an
accredited School of Nursing Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of
nursing experience Certifications & Licensure Required: Active RN
License – State of North Carolina BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA or
ARC) NIHSS (per compliance section) CPI-A (per compliance
section)
