Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients located at our CenterWell clinic 1408 Garner Station Blvd. Raleigh, NC 27603. Provide specialized care : Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring treatment outcomes. Administer medication with expertise : Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety. Documentation : Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records. Empower patients and families : Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, promoting understanding and empowerment in managing their health. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Current licensure as an LPN or LVN Humana considers this role patient facing and runs its Tuberculosis (TB) screening program, which includes this role. If selected for this role, we will require you to screen for TB. Excellent customer service Clinical background Sense of engagement to be a team player Experience in a fast pace/high volume environment Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Hands-on professional Phlebotomy experience Experience with Electronic Medical Records Experience with HEDIS Knowledge of primary care medicine requirements (state specific). Working knowledge of clinical operations Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $48,900 - $66,200 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
