Health Care System is seeking a compassionate and skilled Oncology
Registered Nurse (RN) to join their 4th Floor oncology/hematology
unit. This role focuses on delivering high-quality,
patient-centered care while supporting individuals with complex
medical needs. Position Details - Start Date: ASAP - Schedule:
3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) - Shift: Nights - Unit: 19-bed
Adult Oncology/Hematology Unit - Patient Ratio: 1:4–6 Key
Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive nursing care using the
nursing process - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient
care - Administer treatments and monitor oncology/hematology
patients - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure
continuity of care - Educate patients and families on treatment
plans and discharge needs - Maintain accurate documentation and
adhere to clinical standards - Promote a safe and supportive care
environment Requirements - Active RN License – North Carolina - BLS
Certification (AHA or ARC) - NIHSS & CPI-A (preferred/required per
unit) - Minimum 1 year of nursing experience - Strong critical
thinking and communication skills Compensation & Benefits - Base
Pay Range: $33.00 – $54.45/hr - Shift Differentials: - Evening:
$3.30/hr - Night: $6.00/hr - Weekend: $10.00/hr - Holiday: 50% of
base rate - Specialty Differential: $2.00/hr (applicable units) -
Relocation Bonus: Up to $10,000 (based on distance) Incentives &
