Registered Nurse (RN), New Graduate - Nurse Residency Program
Job Type: Full-Time Commitment-Incentive Bonus: $20,000 Your

completing their program by Spring 2026 . Our next residency cohort
begins June . Please include your preferred department when
applying. We will be conducting onsite interviews during the last
two weeks of April . Candidates who are selected and successfully
complete their NCLEX can anticipate a tentative start date in the

Postpartum) - maternal, newborn, and gynecological care Emergency

surgical procedures, sterile technique, and perioperative workflows
Endoscopy - assist with diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures

& Requirements Current NC RN license or eligibility to practice in
a Nurse Licensure Compact state Diploma in Nursing, ADN, or higher
from an accredited program 0-6 months RN experience American Heart
Association BLS required ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP required within 6
