  • Oversees, administers, and processes payroll for hourly teammates utilizing payroll and HR systems
  • Trains and assists supervisors in how to correctly input payroll
  • Answers payroll related questions from teammates, supervisors, and other leaders
  • Prepares reports from payroll and HRIS system
  • Prepares presentations including headcount, attrition, payroll and other HR data
  • Serves as local HR contact to teammates planning to retire. Answers questions and communicates retirement process to teammates.
  • Maintains personnel records to ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal laws
  • Assists teammates with use of MyBridgestone system (changing direct deposit, tax withholdings, contact information, benefits, FMLA, etc)
  • Assists with coordination of hourly hiring and selection
  • Provides other HR administrative support to HR Section Leaders, HR Service Leader, and HR Manager
  • Other duties/projects as assignedMinimum Qualifications
    • 2-4 years of related experience
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) proficiency
    • Experience maintaining confidentiality of information
