Job Description:
As a pioneering tech finance firm, Genworth Financial, Inc.
seeks an AI Cloud Engineer to enrich our IT & Cybersecurity team.
In this role, you will focus on leveraging cloud computing
technologies and artificial intelligence to enhance our insurance
and financial products. Your contributions will directly impact our
ability to innovate and maintain competitive advantages in
long-term care insurance, mortgage insurance, and annuity
retirement solutions. Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI
solutions within cloud environments. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into various
business processes. Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance,
scalability, and cost-efficiency. Ensure security best practices
are followed within the cloud and AI implementations. Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends,
emerging technologies, and software development best practices by
attending relevant conferences and reading widely. Provide support
and technical expertise to IT team members. Proficiency in cloud
platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Expertise in AI and
machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Strong
programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala. Familiarity with
DevOps tools and methodologies. Experience with data engineering
and ETL processes. Understanding of cybersecurity principles
related to cloud and AI technologies. 401k Certification in cloud
technology (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft
Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) Additional
qualifications in AI or machine learning are highly desirable.
