Summary: As part of the Dataworks team, the Compensation Lead - Total Rewards will be responsible for helping drive the strategic design of our total rewards offerings. This includes compensations, awards and special programs for US, Poland and Peru employees, and wellness. We are looking for someone who has a bias for action, and can help implement a comprehensive total rewards philosophy that helps attract, motivate, and retail top talent. In addition you will: In partnership with the Total Rewards leadership team, design, implement and maintain our global total rewards strategy. Ensure our programs are aligned with Dataworks values and mission while informed by the market. Analyze and interpret relevant market data, and develop recommendations for updates to job architecture, salary structures, and benefits offerings; propose salary increase budgets on a global basis and administer all rewards lifecycle actions (job pricing, focal cycle administration, equity refresh cycle, open enrollment). Evaluate existing pay and benefits practices while providing recommendations and executing plans for change. Conduct for annual salary reviews, bonus reviews, and promotion adjustment reviews. Prepare policies/procedures to ensure competitive employee compensation. Maintain a thorough knowledge of labor laws, federal and state local legislations influencing compensation and award programs Ensure programs are current with regard to trends, practices and costs. Build and maintain the total rewards program, including rewards HRIS configuration and partnership with external solution providers. Partner with business leaders, HR colleagues and employees to develop a deep understanding of the organization's workforce and retention opportunities. Support the design and delivery of compensation and rewards programs that are well understood and valued by managers and employees; develop comprehensive communications and training materials. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to achieve values based hiring and goals in recruitment. Quickly learn Dataworks business and priorities, and ensure efforts are aligned and support business outcomes. Stay regularly updated on current events that may impact Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus: 5 years experience in building competitive compensation, awards and retention programs Strong project management skills; ability to lead projects at a network level to influence and obtain buy-in, and then drive execution and achievement of the right results Proven experience demonstrating a bias towards action in driving continuous improvement through project/program management. Success in creating and driving effective and positive employee relations, retention and reward programs Demonstrated ability to have effective conversations with a variety of audiences while navigating difficult topics Exceptional stakeholder relationship building, consulting, and influencing capability demonstrated across diverse situations and contexts Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills including statistical analysis and modeling. Ability to develop engaging presentations and strategies through the use of data and visuals. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and with all peer and management levels Flexible and creative, comfortable with ambiguity, organized and detail-oriented. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including Excel Most ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of benchmarking current salary, designing and implementing compensation and awards programs outside of the US. Experience leading Total Rewards programs for a tech company and/or start up environment, preferred. Workday experience, preferred. Relevant certifications, such as CEBS or SHRM certification, preferred. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree /equivalent. Five (5) years work experience in specifically applicable fields such as: Human Resources, Benefits, Project Management, Information Technology, Analytics, or Business Planning.
