  Benefits:
  
  --- Field Technicians:
  
  • Relocation allowance, depending on qualifications and experience
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus
    --- Shop Technicians:
    
    • Relocation and moving expense allowance, depending on qualifications and experience
    • Monday - Friday, 6:30am-5:00pm
    • Saturday, 6:30am-12:00pm

        Technician Responsibilities
        
        Field Technicians
        
        
        • Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on company equipment
        • Use high degree of independent judgement
          Shop Technicians
          
          
          • Tear down engines and perform rebuilds
          • Understand electrical issues
          • Diagnose ABS problems, wheels seals and bearings, water pumps, fan clutch, small engines, and hydraulics
          • Collaborate with the repair team and plan repairs
            Technician Qualifications
            
            Field Technicians
            
            
            • Must be at least 25 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
            • Must have at least 3 years of heavy equipment technician experience
            • Must have your own tools
              Shop Technicians
              
              
              • Must be at least 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
              • Must have at least 2 years of heavy equipment technician experience
              • Must have your own tools
