Job Description:

SMART is actively recruiting for EM locum physicians for coverage in Wilson, NC. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and this need is long term.

Details Include: 10-12 shifts/month

Specialty: Emergency Medicine
Board requirement (years of eligibility defined by facility): BC or BE Only
Board requirement (Example EM, FM, IM): IM, FP or EM
Life Support Certifications Required: ACLS, ATLS and PALS
PROGRAM DETAILS
- Annual Patient Volume: 36,000
- Patients per Hour: aPPH 1.96
- ED Bed Count: 22
- Shift Times / Coverage Details: 36 hours phys/day + 30 hours APC/day (3, 12 hr physician shifts & 3, 10 hr APC shifts: Shift times TBD at this time)
- APC Hours of Coverage: 30 hrs/day
- Scribe Coverage: No
- EMR: Meditech
- Admitting Orders: Unknown at this time
