Assurance technician who works under immediate supervision. Assists
with the development and implementation of program quality plans
and procedures. Assists with quality analyses and inspections.
Assists with the preparation of Quality Assurance materials.Primary
Responsibilities:Works under minimal supervision to assist with the
development and implementation of program quality plans and
proceduresMaintains product quality by enforcing quality assurance
policies and proceduresReviews quality data and determines if
products and processes are aligned with internal
documentationProactive auditing for quality implementation and
compliance (i.e. process walks, OES, work instruction
reviews)Performs root cause identification of production turn
backs/defects using Sherlock or SynergiesSurveils operator and
inspector performanceRaises notifications of non-conformances,
quarantines non-conforming product and when approved to do so,
provides dispositionMentors operators with a professional, positive
attitudeCollaborates with other members of the product support
staffBusiness travel to support other facilitiesBasic
Qualifications:Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green
Card" holderHS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high
school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant
experiencePreferred Qualifications:Strong written and verbal
communication skillsCollaboration skillsComputer knowledge and
skillsWorking knowledge of quality system requirements (i.e. QMS,
WSM, 580, Dept. Procedures, EMP)Experience with MS Word, Excel,
