• PTOJob DetailsResponsibilities:1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.2. Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize production processes and eliminate waste.3. Develop and implement strategies for Continuous Improvement, identifying opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements and driving the implementation of these improvements.4. Ensure that all products meet the required Quality Control standards, conducting regular inspections and audits and taking corrective action as necessary.5. Coordinate and supervise the work of the production team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.6. Monitor production metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.7. Collaborate with other departments, such as Supply Chain, Engineering, and Sales, to ensure the smooth operation of the production process.8. Manage production budgets and resources, ensuring that production targets are met within budget constraints.9. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.10. Keep up to date with the latest production management best practices and technologies, continually seeking ways to improve efficiency and productivity.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Production Management role in the Manufacturing industry.3. Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement strategies.4. Strong knowledge of Quality Control standards and procedures.5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.10.
