This dedicated individual is responsible for various standard and AdHoc financial analysis as well as assisting in strategic planning and annual operating plan preparation. They assess results and progress, then communicate this information by presenting monthly management review presentations. Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and presentations.
• Evaluate monthly the topics and focus of the presentations, proposing additional or different metrics/analyses to communicate the current financial/operational results to management.
• Maintain financial systems software (e.g. structure, sales data, finance data, statistical data, documentation).
• Serve as Business Analyst, providing complete financial support (including business case preparation, operational analysis, and full P&L review & analysis) for one to three Markets (business units).
• Prepare monthly forecasts for assigned markets/division/line of business and assist with preparation of total company forecast.
• Prepare annual operating plan for assigned markets and assist with total company preparation.
• Develop various financial models as needed.
• AdHoc analysis to support miscellaneous projects as they arise.
• Other duties as assigned by company management.Required Skills
  • Minimum Education:
  • BA Degree in finance, accounting or related field.
  • Secondary degree or certification preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills, financial modeling, P&L analysis, budgeting & forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and the ability to communicate within all levels of the organization.
  • Must be tech-savvy with strong emphasis on Excel & Power Point, Vena, Power BI or similar tool such as Outlooksoft or Business Objects.Required Experience
