Job Description The ESFA Cluster Inside Sales, Project Manager works within the ESFA Cluster supporting the various labs in a myriad of ways. Duties include, but are not limited to, inside sales, project management, intra-lab coordination both on sales and project management, stability study protocol setup and coordination, special project overflow/system optimization as well as select marketing collateral creation. Serve as one of the laboratories' primary points of contact for client service and/or sales related activities; Identify new opportunities and customers and maintain order frequency through phone and email. Follow up with inbound leads daily and develop a working knowledge of accounts. Responsible for managing accounts through the entire sales process including quoting, taking orders, checking on invoices and following up on A/R (Accounts Receivable) issues Utilize CRM software with existing and future customers; maintain pertinent account details - record each customer contact (fax. phone, email or in persondate and time of call, nature of inquiry, and time/confirmation of completion. Responsible for intercompany communication and sample coordination for projects requiring more than one lab Clarification of client's requests for services. Creation and Maintenance of Reference Quotations as well as Special Projects. Schedules, coordinates and participates in client conference calls as needed; attends meetings with technical groups as needed Assist in management of invoices for client billing for special projects including, but not limited to, tracking phase completion and working with accounting to ensure proper revenue recognition. Responsible for managing outsources samples with partner Eurofins laboratories to ensure timely COA release forclients when special projects rely on more than one lab. Respond to all inbound sales calls and client services related issues in a timely manner Tracking the progress of all laboratory production efforts on projects and provide status updates to clients to ensure on time delivery Advising clients in a professional manner of any scheduling conflicts, possible delays, or other problems which may arise; Resolving any questions or issues that clients may have with regard to our services; Record and respond to customer requests and concerns while implementing an "on time" tracking system for in-house projects according to account assignment. Act as communicator between labs, administrative areas and clients. Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner Maintain regular attendance and punctuality Occasional travel to ESFA sites and industry forums to generate business. Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications The Ideal Candidate would possess: Associates degree in Chemistry or related Technical field Knowledge of Eurofins systems (ComLims, CRM, eLIMS, EOL, etc) Basic Minimum Requirements: BS Business, Technical field and at least 1 year in client services management Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Additional Information Position is full-time, 40 hrs/week.Candidates currently living within the continental USare encouraged to apply.
